This Recommendation describes a framework and requirements of cooperative driving environment perception (CDP) for connected automated vehicles (CAV).
To improve the driving environment perception, collaborative sharing and integration of raw sensor data / V2X message among CAVs and RSUs need to be improved with network technologies to provide the enhanced transportation service and application requirements.
