Summary: This Recommendation specifies the requirements of multimedia data asset development and operation, including data asset development, data asset delivery, multimedia data asset optimization, data asset platform and tools, rules and regulations, as well as security and risk management. This Recommendation specifies the multimedia data asset development and operation in enterprises into three stages: asset development, asset delivery, and asset operation. It specifies the key stages and essential requirements involved in the development and operation of multimedia data assets from the perspectives of processes, personnel, tools, and other dimensions. The aim of this Recommendation is to provide guidance for enterprises in constructing their capabilities for the development and operation of multimedia data assets and to enhance the development and operation level of multimedia data assets in the multimedia industry.
