Currently, a large number of industry vision and video service requirements from industry, governments, universities and research institutions are presented. In the ecosystem of service provision and consumption, service consumers need to quickly find service providers and choose suitable services in order to save cost and complete task conveniently and quickly. On the other hand, many service providers wait consumers to find out and select their services, in order to share their service resources, and achieve the maximization of resource utilization. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a service platform to meet the communication needs between service providers and consumers and to manage them. This document provides the requirements and reference framework of service platform to support industry vision and video services.
