Summary: This draft Recommendation details the requirements for the validation of certificate signing requests (CSRs) received by a trusted signalling certification authority (TSCA) from communication service providers (CSPs) and the requirements for the issuance of end-entity and certification authority public-key certificates (in accordance with [ITU-T X.509]) to prevent access of bad actors to the international signalling exchange networks.
