Summary:

The information in this Supplement provides information about measured data latency and IP-capacity under different real field conditions mainly in mobile networks as LTE. The results show the dependency of latency on the characteristics of the packet stream and different networks as examples. This Supplement also provides information about capacity measurements by using the UDPST Tool as defined in Y.1540 and its best practice parametrization to derive realistic capacity results under varying channel conditions.
