As a milestone technology in the era of AI 3.0, foundation models provide strong support for solving the problem of fragmentation in the development of artificial intelligence, accelerating the process of industrial scenario implementation, and becoming one of the most important AI infrastructures. However, the problems of foundation models' training, fine-tuning, delivery, and operations are becoming more complex. Lack of comprehensive and unified technique specifications for the platform of the foundation model not only raises the threshold for innovation but also hinders users from making the most appropriate choices.
The framework of the foundation model platform concentrates on the production and service of foundation models and the capabilities of the platform, such as plugin capability, resource scheduling and management, and so on.
