Holography is considered the ultimate solution for three-dimensional (3D) imaging among various techniques. To ensure the user experience, holographic interactive services have stringent requirements for immersion and real-time responsiveness, which necessitate powerful computing capabilities and network infrastructure. Based on core cloud and edge cloud, it allows dynamic distribution of computing resources and task assignment, efficient processing and storage of data. In the context of holographic interactive services, core cloud and edge cloud are crucial for the demanding requirements. This recommendation aims to specify the requirements for the service, including holographic capture, processing, core cloud and edge cloud deployment, encoding/decoding, rendering, reconstruction, user experience and availability, intelligence, management functions and security considerations.
