Summary: Recommendation ITU-T K.113 provides guidance on how to make radio-frequency electromagnetic field (RF-EMF) maps for assessing existing exposure levels over large areas of cities or territories and for an appropriate public disclosure of the results, in a simple and understandable way. The main contents of this work item are mainly focuses on in-situ RF-EMF exposure measurement and measurement result recording of the regional 5G mobile communication base station, generates a regional electromagnetic environment quality assessment report, and marks it on the map with different colors based on the regional electromagnetic environment quality index level, intuitively reflecting the electromagnetic environment quality of the assessed region. It mainly includes the following revised technical content: 1) In-situ RF-EMF exposure measurement methods for 5G macro base station and frequency selection equipment for regional electromagnetic environmental; 2) Data processing and electromagnetic environment level assessment; 3) Measurement quality assurance (including: personnel requirements, measurement process, data records, and assessment reports); 4) Generate electromagnetic radiation level maps for regional 5G macro base station.
