Summary: An increasing number of companies, countries, and institutions are building consortiums or partnerships to create alliances and drives efforts to successfully commercialize UAM service. From the service providers’ perspective, an architecture and signalling points that can interconnect UAM service infrastructure and mobile communication network, are needed to be categorized into four different functional blocks to create connectivity between UAM aircraft and the commercial network.
