Summary: This Recommendation will provide a bitstream-based model to predict the quality of cloud gaming services. In the development process of the model two ITU-T Recommendations [ITU-T G.1032] and [ITU-T P.809] will be followed, and compression and typical network degradation in the fixed network will be considered. The targeted model is a monitoring model which can be used by network providers and service provider to monitor the quality of cloud gaming service.
