Smart residential community system(SRC) is a system an important part of the smart city, it based on the information and communication technologies (ICTs) for residents to acquire safe, comfortable and convenient living conditions in a residential community. It includes residential community ICT infrastructure, smart residential community service platform, and smart applications inside of residential community.
The smart residential community services combines multiple community management services (e.g. public facilities management, safety control, environment management etc.) and smart applications (e.g. smart house service, smart building, smart parking, e-heath, smart retail store etc.) aims to providing safe, comfortable and convenient living conditions for the residents.
In order to ensure the security of the smart residential community service, the threats and relevant security requirements specific to smart residential community need to be analyzed and the security measures need to be established.
This draft Recommendation identify the specific threats of the smart residential community service, analyses security requirements specific to the smart residential community service, and thus establishes the security measures of the smart residential community service for the stakeholders to safeguard and improve the service.
