Summary: This Recommendation will provide an opinion model for "mobile online" gaming applications, which enables network planners and service providers to estimate users QoE based on the network parameters delay, jitter, packet loss rate, and packet burst rate. The service mobile online gaming refers to a service, which executes a game on a mobile device and exchanges information with a online server. It does not, in contrary to cloud gaming, contain a video stream. The Recommendations [ITU-T P.809] and [ITU-T G.1032] summarize the fundamental required knowledge for the development of the model.
