Summary: The Mobile sector in developing economies has seen various reforms and initiatives aimed at deepening and broadening financial Inclusion. Countries have recorded rapid development with respect to growth in the number and variety of MFS providers. These efforts aim at facilitating access and usage of mobile financial services. It relevant to create an enabling regulatory environment for convenient, efficient and safe non-cash retail payment and funds transfer mechanisms in telecommunications environment.
