Summary: Cities are the main drivers of economic activity in any country. This is linked to their infrastructures, including ports and resource distribution through these infrastructures. As traditional supply systems approach their capacity limits, there is an urgent need for innovative smart management of the provision of multiple services to control efficient use of resources in cities. With intelligent management systems, the smart management of multiple services in smart port has the capacity for information exchange between the system and its users and managers, making use of Information Technologies.
