电信网络设施的绿色信息通信技术解决方案

ITU-T L.1325建议书制定了引入高效的基础设施方案，其中包括高效的能源解决方案、可再生能源方案、空调节能方案和免费且经济的冷却方案。本建议书提出的所有建议并非普遍适用。运营商选择方案时，应根据具体情况做出决策。随着信息通信技术的发展，特别是高功率密度设备的发展，通信行业的能耗在上升。因此，我们必要注重能源保护和环境保护。本建议书阐述了针对电信网络设施的绿色ICT解决方案。
