SDH设备从时钟（SEC）的定时特性

本建议书列出了在同步网络设备中作为节点时钟使用的，依据同步数字体系（SDH）管理的原则操作的计时装置的最低要求。2003年修订版本ITU-T G.813建议书除个别编辑性问题外，还包括两个技术性问题： - 更新了已经在2001年ITU-T G.813建议书勘误1中公布的8.2 b）方案2的抖动容限。- 在第7.3节中引入了方案1和方案2的STM-64抖动产生值。
