ITU-T X.1284建议书提出了一个基于使用分布式账本技术（DLT）的一次性认证密钥的认证框架（AFOTAK）。本建议书：
•定义了基于一次性认证密钥的认证框架及其认证程序；
•规定了基于一次性认证密钥的认证框架的安全要求；
•描述了一次性认证密钥是如何产生和验证的；
•确定了安全威胁，以及
•规定了安全控制措施。
