Le texte qui suit tient compte des modifications qui ont été approuvées en vue d'un troisième amendement de la Rec. UIT-T G.991.2 (2003). L'Amendement 3 contient une mise à jour de la Rec. UIT-T G.991.2 visant à définir une nouvelle couche TPS-TC pour le transport PTM fondé sur l'encapsulation des paquets utilisant l'octet 64/65. Les modifications d'ordre rédactionnel relatives à la Rec. UIT-T G.991.2 (2003) apparaissent avec marques de révision.
