La Enmienda 1 incluye las siguientes actualizaciones:–se introducen modificaciones formales con objeto de sustituir el término "calibration" por "compensation", ya que este último plasma mejor el sentido de la Recomendación;–se elimina el Apéndice VII, que se traslada al Apéndice II de la Rec. UIT-T G.8260;–se reemplaza el lenguaje no inclusivo, de acuerdo con la norma 1588g-2022 del IEEE;–se añaden referencias a servicios temporales en sistemas 5G (5GS);–se añade una referencia a la norma 1588-2019 del IEEE.
