La Recomendación UIT-T X.672 | Norma Internacional ISO/CEI 29168-1 especifica el sistema de resolución (ORS) de identificadores de objeto (OID). Este sistema permite relacionar información (arbitraria) a cualquier nodo OID soportado por ORS (del árbol OID internacional definido en la Rec. UIT-T X.660 | ISO/CEI 9834-1). Esta información relacionada se identifica mediante una especificación de aplicaciones que pueden exigir que las instancias de esa aplicación (que se ejecutan en cualquier sistema informático) obtengan la información relacionada mediante una búsqueda ORS, utilizando un valor identificador de recurso internacionalizado OID con la Notación de Sintaxis Abstracta Uno (ASN.1) para identificar el nodo.
La información de aplicación definida actualmente para un nodo incluye la forma canónica de un OID internacional, información de nodo dependiente, información de registro sobre el propietario del nodo, una referencia a un módulo ASN.1 identificado por el nodo, información complementaria a las aplicaciones basadas en etiquetas e información complementaria sobre ciberseguridad. |
