يتناول هذا التصويب مسائل قابلية التشغيل البيني التي تبرز لدى تشغيل ADSL في بيئة TCM-ISDN كما هو معرف في الملحق C. ويوضح التصويب جانبين لتحسين قابلية التشغيل البيني: - تعريف إدراج البتة الوهمية من أجل البيانات السريعة التي تستعمل مسار كمون وحيد - مولد تتابع PRD في عملية مقابلة بتات وحيدة. كما يصحح خطأً صياغياً في الشكل C.20، الذي ينبغي أن يحل محله الشكل C.17 من التوصية ITU-T G.992.2.
