تُعرِّف التوصية ITU-T X.1060 مركز الدفاع السيبراني (CDC) على أنه كيان له دور مركزي في منظمة ما لمواجهة مخاطر الأمن السيبراني. ويرد وصف العمليات الثلاث للبناء والإدارة والتقييم التي ينبغي لمركز الدفاع السيبراني تنفيذها عملياً في شكل إطار. وترد أيضاً الخدمات التي ينبغي أن تكون لدى المنظمة من أجل تنفيذ تدابير أكثر تحديداً للأمن السيبراني. |
