There is already a rapporteur group on this subject, at the parent group level and also at the regional level. And members are working and have submitted contributions on this topic in many regions.

Economic and regulatory impact of the Internet, convergence (services or infrastructure) and new services, such as Over the Top (OTT) services and their impact on the development of telecommunications networks and services.

Tasks
Studying the specific international and regional aspects of the economic and regulatory impact of Internet, convergence, OTTs, and future IP services, with explicit consideration to developing countries.
