This Leader TalkX explores the intersection of technology and socio-economic progress. Stakeholders from governments, international organizations, and the private sector converge to explore avenues for promoting international trade, improving healthcare access, fostering employment opportunities, and advancing environmental sustainability. Topics of interest include stimulating private sector investment, enhancing healthcare systems, expanding teleworking options, and leveraging ICTs for disaster management and environmental conservation. The conversation underscores the importance of collaborative efforts in utilizing technology as a catalyst for inclusive and sustainable development.

Ms. Meni Anastasiadou
Ms. Meni Anastasiadou Digital Policy Manager International Chamber of Commerce High-Level Track Facilitator Moderator

Meni Anastasiadou is a Digital Policy Manager for the Global Policy Department (Digital Economy Commission) at the International Chamber of Commerce. In her role she manages the work of ICC’s Global Digital Economy Commission, and its policy contributions on areas including AI, Cybersecurity, Connectivity and Data Governance.
Previously, she has occupied positions in the private sector as a consultant for Meta, and has also worked as a policy coordinator in cloud policy and critical infrastructure for Microsoft CELA. She has also acquired experience in the public sector at the government and external affairs department of the European Banking Authority (EBA), were she focused on communications and public affairs engagement for cross-cutting issues on financial innovation, including digital operational resilience. In the beginning of her career, she worked as a journalist, a social researcher and public affairs assistant for a public interest law organisation. Meni Anastasiadou is a Greek National and holds a Bsc in Law, a Master’s in Business Law, a BA in Political Science, and an Associate’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Media Communications.

Ms Maria Bolshakova in the Deputy Director General of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications -- an interstate coordinating body in the field of communications and informatization that serves as a platform for discussing corresponding priority tasks and practical solutions, both an national levels and in the international arena, and promotes the coordinated position of the countries of CIS region in the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Universal Postal Union (UPU), as well as other international organizations.
Ms Bolshakova graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a bachelor's degree in Oriental and African Studies. She received a master's degree in International Relations upon graduation with honors from the Diplomatic Academy of MFA of Russia.
Since 2015 she has taken an active part in a wide range of meetings of international forums and organizations: she has extensive experience in participating in meetings of the ITU, the ITU Council and its Working Groups and ITU Expert Groups, as well as meetings of the UN ECOSOC Commission on Science and Technology for Development, the OECD Digital Economy Policy Committee, APEC and others. Today, Ms Bolshakova represents the RCC common positions in ITU and UPU on high-level issues.

Tatyana Kanzaveli is a globally recognized innovator and entrepreneur at the forefront of AI in healthcare. As the Founder and CEO of Open Health Network, she leads the development of cutting-edge GenAI-powered solutions transforming clinical trials, behavioral health, and chronic disease management. She also founded WomenInGenAI, a global movement empowering female leaders shaping the future of Generative AI across industries.

Tatyana has been a speaker at the United Nations, the White House, and the World Economic Forum, and has spoken at top conferences such as HIMSS, SXSW, and the Mayo Clinic AI Summit. She has been recognized by Forbes and the White House for her impact as a tech founder and healthcare innovator. Her TEDx talk and policy work reflect a lifelong commitment to equitable, ethical AI deployment.

A former executive at PwC, she bridges enterprise leadership with startup agility, and advises global institutions, governments, and venture funds on AI strategy, health equity, and inclusive innovation.


Prof. Himanshu Rai

 Professor Himanshu Rai is the Director of IIM Indore. Under his leadership IIM Indore got the triple crown accreditation of AMBA, AACSB and EQUIS making it one of the 100 institutions in the world to have the honor. He is spearheading multiple initiatives at IIM Indore to create significant social impact and address challenges faced by the country. Prior to this he has been the Dean of SDA Bocconi India campus, Professor at SDA Bocconi, Milan, and has taught at IIM Lucknow and XLRI. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and KREC Surathkal. He specializes in Negotiation and his core teaching area includes Negotiation, Leadership, and Justice. As the Convener of CAT 2010, he successfully led the largest format change in world’s testing history exceeding all global standards of testing. Through his initiatives gender and educational background parity was achieved by IIMs. 


Mr. Bocar Ba

Commissioner at the UN Broadband Commission for Sustainable  Development, Chair of ITU’s CRO/IAGDI, Member in the ITU’s Digital Innovation Board, and CEO of SAMENA Telecommunications  Council, Bocar BA is a renowned industry advocate, and a proponent of sustainability in digital transformation, investment in digital  infrastructure, unlocking access to capital, and addressing policy and regulatory challenges to accelerate progress on the global Sustainable Development Agenda while incentivizing the private sector across the ICT and space industries within the South Asia – Middle East – North Africa region.

He is a sought-after speaker in international conferences and pan-regional industry knowledge-exchange platforms.


BA's close collaboration and proactive engagement with policy-makers, government representatives, investors, as well as leaders from various investment groups in addressing digital development issues and industry-wide challenges, have been instrumental in building new private-to-private, private-to-government, and government-togovernment relationships across Africa and the Middle East.


Bocar BA has been active in collaborating with the Global Cyber Security Forum (GCF) on securing Cyberspace and addressing numerous cybersecurity challenges, including protection of children online. He has chaired consensus-building and contributed to the development of recommendations for ICT policy and private-sector leaders on 21st century funding and financing models, to help accelerate digital infrastructure development and digitalization through new funding mechanisms that engage ICT as well as financial sector stakeholders in innovative ways. In 2025, BA is proactively 
contributing to realizing new ideas on digital economy enablement under South Africa’s G20 Presidency.


On the space and satellite front, BA is advising the UAE’s Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center (MBRSC) on a space-sustainability industry initiative and on correlated matters pertaining to the digital economy and the space economy. BA is also a fellow at the Academy of Engineering and Technology of the Developing World (AETDEW), based in Malaysia.
