Underserved to Unstoppable: Revolutionizing STEM with Inclusive Design, Assistive Tech | The Accessible Game-Based Learning for the Global Agenda
STREAM Technologies
Session 172
Scaling Inclusive EdTech Solutions to Meet the SDGs and WSIS Action Lines
This session explores how inclusive design, human centered technology, and game-based learning are transforming global STEM education particularly for neurodiverse, disabled, gifted and underserved learners. Hosted by STREAM Technologies, a bilingual EdTech platform recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 Education and the New York Stock Exchange, the panel highlights scalable, AI-powered solutions that make STEM more accessible, engaging, and equitable.
The speaker Jaloree Lantigua will share real world strategies that bridge education and workforce readiness through culturally responsive content, gamified tools, and adaptive technologies. Aligned with SDGs 4, 7, 8, and 10, and WSIS Action Lines C4 (Capacity Building), C7 (E-learning), and C10 (Ethical Dimensions), this session calls for bold, human centered innovation to ensure that no learner is left behind in the digital future.
We aim to spark new cross-sector partnerships between STREAM Technologies and global stakeholders such as ministries of education, NGOs, and UN agencies interested in inclusive, game-based learning. It will generate policy-informed recommendations for integrating AI, assistive tech, and inclusive design into national digital education strategies. Increased visibility may also lead to funding, accelerator programs or pilot opportunities to impact in growth & expand in new regions.
