Interactive workshop-style youth-led discussions to ideate the youth vision for the next 20 years of the WSIS process. The session will facilitate a collaborative, youth-led dialogue to generate actionable, context-specific solutions to a particular challenge of the digital transformation in terms of WSIS+20 Review and Beyond 2025.

Mr. Clinton Oduor
Mr. Clinton Oduor Member ITU Youth Advisory Board

Clinton is a Machine Learning Engineer at Amini, a Nairobi based startup building Africa's environmental data infrastructure. His work harnesses the power of AI and earth observation to find solutions to some of the most pressing and urgent environmental challenges of our time, such as climate change and food security. Prior to Amini, he worked at Edge Impulse as a Developer Relations Engineer, and co-founded Rhinos Lab, a wildlife conservation startup building AI powered camera traps to prevent poaching and human wildlife conflicts. In his free time, he leads the TinyML Kenya community, bringing together over 1000+ developers, researchers, and engineers with a shared interest in machine learning at the edge.


Mr. Prateek Dubey
Mr. Prateek Dubey Junior WSIS & SDG Project Officer (YPP) International Telecommunication Union (ITU)

Prateek Dubey is a Junior WSIS & SDG Project Officer at ITU. With five years of experience in web development and data science, he excels at data engineering, extracting valuable insights, and translating them into clear, impactful visualizations.


Beyond his professional work, Prateek is passionate about education. He dedicates his free time to teaching new-age technologies and mathematics to younger learners, helping them understand how these fields can be practically applied and inspiring their interest in the digital world.


Ms. Tadala Beatrice Sambakunsi
Ms. Tadala Beatrice Sambakunsi Junior Analyst (YPP) International Telecommunication Union (ITU)

Tadala Sambakunsi is a Junior Analyst in the Regulatory and Market Environment Division at ITU, where she supports global efforts to advance inclusive and enabling digital policies and regulatory frameworks. With a strong interest in digital inclusion and meaningful youth participation, Tadala brings experience from both global and national levels, including her previous work at UNDP Malawi on digital transformation and digital skills for underserved communities. She is passionate about ensuring that young people are not just beneficiaries but active shapers of the digital future.


Ms. Flora Lomoteley Okine
Ms. Flora Lomoteley Okine Junior Support Officer (YPP) International Telecommunication Union (ITU)

Flora is an experienced Radiocommunication Engineer currently working as a Junior Support Officer within the Radiocommunication Bureau of the ITU. She has expertise in spectrum management, telecommunications broadcasting regulation, and ICT industry research. With over eight years of active involvement in Ghana’s telecommunications regulatory environment, she contributed significantly to shaping national policies and advancing sectoral development.

She is deeply passionate about empowering young girls and women to pursue careers in ICT, a commitment demonstrated through her mentorship in the Girls in ICT (GIICT) initiative in Ghana. Flora is also a strong advocate for workplace inclusivity and frequently lends her voice to causes that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the tech sector.


Mr. N'Goran Franck Konan
Mr. N'Goran Franck Konan Junior AI&Data Scientist (YPP) International Telecommunication Union (ITU)

 Franck KONAN is a Junior AI & Data Scientist at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), in the Standardization Bureau(TSB). In this role, he supports the AI for Good Summit by running a specific workshop called AI Innovate for impact and leads data-driven projects/initiatives that support TSB in decision making.


With over five (05) years of experience in the IT sector, Franck has developed expertise in data analysis, machine learning, networking, cybersecurity, and client support. He brings valuable international experience from his time at the World Bank, where he played a key role in ensuring secure remote connectivity for staff across the globe.


Driven by a deep passion for international standards, Franck aspires to become a leading expert in this domain. He believes that by combining the power of AI, data analytics, and globally recognized standards can be a catalyzer to address challenges and foster sustainable development, particularly across Africa.


Ms. Katherine Temple
Ms. Katherine Temple Strategic Project Coordinator SDG Olympiad

Katherine is a youth-focused sustainability practitioner with experience designing and leading educational and innovation programmes that empower young people to engage in sustainable development. She is currently the Strategic Project Coordinator of the SDG Olympiad, a global competition that supports university students to tackle real-world sustainability challenges through interdisciplinary teamwork and mentorship.
 
Alongside this, Katherine works with the Geneva Responsible Entrepreneurship Centre to strengthen the ecosystem for responsible entrepreneurship in Geneva. Her work focuses on creating more space for youth-led solutions and supporting students to connect with values-driven innovation and enterprise.
 
Previously, Katherine lived and worked in a remote Aboriginal community in the Northern Territory of Australia, where she collaborated with local leaders on youth engagement initiatives. Her work centred on supporting community-led approaches to self-determination, listening to and learning from Indigenous voices, and helping create pathways for young people to shape their own futures.
 
Katherine brings a strong interest in co-creation, inclusive innovation, and capacity building for young people navigating climate and development challenges, especially in marginalised contexts.


Ms. Yueqi Qu
Ms. Yueqi Qu Founder and General Manager Paoz Lightyear AI (Hangzhou)

Yueqi Qu is an AI entrepreneur driving digital innovation in industrial manufacturing. With a decade of leadership experience, she now focuses on AI governance, inclusive employment, and youth empowerment.


Ms. Yizhe Tan
Ms. Yizhe Tan Student The Chinese University of Hong Kong

Ms. Tan Yizhe is a Translation major at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. She has represented youth at the BRICS Youth Summit 2024 and the UN High-Level Political Forum, actively contributing to international dialogue on sustainable development.


Mr. Hamza Hameed
Mr. Hamza Hameed Head of Space & Development / Member of the ITU Secretary General’s Youth Advisory Board Access Partnership / ITU

Hamza Hameed is the Head of Space & Development at Access Partnership in Singapore. He is a member of the ITU Secretary-General’s Youth Advisory Board and served as the Chair of the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) from 2022 to 2024. He leads the firm’s engagements with governments and the private sector on issues related to space, satellite, and connectivity in the Asia-Pacific, and the firm’s global work on space sustainability. Prior to this, Hamza worked as part of the Secretariat of UNIDROIT in Rome. He led the effort towards establishing an international system of secured transactions law for the space sector and advised governments on issues related to blockchain and crypto law.

Hamza holds an LLM from the International Institute for Air and Space Law at Leiden University. He teaches spacecraft financing at Leiden University and is a member of the International Institute for Space Law (IISL).


Ms. Dorian Amanda Clarke
Ms. Dorian Amanda Clarke ITU Gender Champion International Telecommunication Union (ITU)

Dorain Amanda Clarke is the founder of Youth Climate Voice Caribbean, a youth-led organization empowering young women and girls in small island developing states (SIDS) with digital tools to lead on climate resilience and advocacy. She has mobilized youth across multiple Caribbean islands through digital storytelling, policy engagement, and inclusive climate education, ensuring marginalized voices are heard and represented. As a passionate advocate for gender equity in the digital era, Dorain is committed to building a regional movement that puts Caribbean girls at the forefront of climate and tech leadership.


Mr. Nadir Atayev
Mr. Nadir Atayev Member ITU Youth Advisory Board

Nadir is a young and enthusiastic Hardware Research Engineer and Scientist from Azerbaijan, currently working in the Research and Development department at the Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Azercosmos). He actively contributes to the design of small satellites in the country, playing a key role in advancing Azerbaijan's space exploration efforts. Recognized for his achievements, Nadir has been selected for various technical competitions and has actively contributed to the development of theses and articles in electronics, telecommunications, and space equipment. His diverse expertise makes him a valuable asset to both local and global space initiatives. Beyond his technical contributions, Nadir is dedicated to youth advocacy and serves as a teacher and mentor, playing a crucial role in nurturing the next generation of engineers. Notably, Nadir is engaged in promoting global collaboration among young space enthusiasts as the National Point of Contact (NPOC) for Azerbaijan in the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC). 


Ms. Charlyne Restivo
Ms. Charlyne Restivo Programme Coordinator International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Moderator

Charlyne Restivo is Programme Coordinator and Youth and Gender Focal Point at the ITU Standardization Bureau. She is the former Co-Chair of ITU’s Youth Task Force, where she steered intergenerational collaboration towards tangible outcomes. She currently leads a portfolio of global programmes and high-level partnerships, driving strategic initiatives at the intersection of technology, diplomacy, and representation of women and youth in standardization.

Since joining ITU in 2013, Charlyne has contributed to major institutional priorities, starting with the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS). She later served for four years in the Office of the Secretary-General, supporting executive coordination and strategic initiatives at the highest level of the organization.

Charlyne holds a specialized master’s degree in international relations and a political science diploma from Sciences Po (Lyon, France), and also studied at the University of California (Santa Cruz). She is a certified PRINCE2 project manager and speaks English, French, and some Spanish.
