Who is eligible for TIES? The TIES service is available without any charge only to persons or companies meeting any of the following conditions: You are working in a Government Telecommunication Administration in one of the ITU Member States. Your company is a Sector Member of the ITU. Your company is a Sector Associate. You are working in a Geneva-based permanent mission of an ITU Member State. For more details on the electronic access of Member States and Sector Members, please see Recommendations 2, 3 and 4 of the new Guidelines for TIES access.
