Join us for the Project Showcase & Competition Webinar of the 1st UN Citiverse Challenge – Student Category, where five outstanding student teams will present bold, innovative solutions designed to reimagine the cities of tomorrow.
The 1st UN Citiverse Challenge is co-organized by International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC), the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the World Bank Group, UN Tourism, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), Digital Dubai, Open & Agile Smart Cities (OASC), World Smart Sustainable Cities Organization (WeGO), City of Tampere, City of Valencia, University of Birmingham, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, University of Central Lancashire, Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus), HFT Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences and University for IoT Convergence & Open Sharing.
Join us on 12 May 2025, from 14:00 to 16:00 (Geneva time), to witness five dynamic live presentations (10 minutes each), engage in interactive Zoom polls to share your feedback on each project.
Following the event, the jury will deliberate and select the top winning team, who will be invited to present and receive their award during the 2nd UN Virtual Worlds Day, taking place on 11–12 June 2025 in Turin, Italy.
