Résumé :

This document contains the draft final report of the TDAG Working Group on the Declaration (TDAG-WG-DEC), including a proposed draft Baku Declaration based on its terms of reference. The report will be finalized at the last TDAG-WG-DEC meeting.
The current draft Baku Declaration proposed by the group Chair is contained in Annex 1 (an annotated version in track changes is contained in TDAG-WG-DEC/12). The final version of the draft agreed by the last meeting of the group will serve as input for members to consider in their preparation in the lead up to and at the conference.
