This technical corrigendum to ITU-T Rec. X.691 | ISO/IEC 8825-2 contains a technical change to the encoding of a bitstring containing a complete encoding. It is noted that there are applications such as 3G and 4G wireless telephony and aviation networks that have already implemented the change that this corrigendum specifies.
