Summary:

This Recommendation provides a reference architecture for blockchain-based unified KPI (key performance indicator) data management for smart sustainable cities (BKDMS). This Recommendation provides the concept, characteristics and high-level requirements of BKDMS. A reference architecture including capabilities of its functional entities is described in details, and unified structures of KPI data are also introduced with which to ensure BKDMS realizable.
