This Supplement to the ITU-T D-series Recommendations sets out a number of principles for encouraging adoption and use of MFS services through the establishment of adequate consumer protection mechanisms, such as information availability and transparency, quality of service, data protection and privacy, customer redress fraud prevention as well as contracts and disclosure guidelines.
