Summary:

This Recommendation provides the system architecture and reference models of P2MP fibre-based networking within in-premises. The corresponding service capabilities, functionality of nodes in the network, operation mode and coexistence with legacy G.fin will be described. In addition, the reference model of G.Xfin will be specified in terms of protocol stacks and interfaces.
