IMT-2030 refers to systems, networks, services and related technologies that support the coordination of communications, sensing, computing, artificial intelligence (AI) and security, and provide the capabilities as described in [ITU-R M.2160-0]. This Technical Report studies the considerations on framework of IMT-2030 networks, in the aspects of key features, design principles, framework, network functions, network services and security considerations. This Technical Report provides a general understanding and a guideline for IMT-2030 networks.
