Summary: This proposal intends to review and check the definitions of terms in Electromagnetic security Recommendations. The proposal contains following issues. - Definitions of terms pointed out by SCV and ITU-R WP1A will be examined and revised. - The terms “EMSEC”, “Threat mitigation”, “vulnerability”, “emanation” and “emission” are also used in K.78, K.81, K.84, and K.115. Thus, usage of those terms in these Recommendations are also reviewed and checked to avoid any conflictions among them. - After text of the hole document in K.87 is reviewed and evaluated, then necessary modifications or addition of contents will be made. - Related documents will be reviewed. Revision will be made, if necessary.
