This draft recommendation provides the framework and general technical requirements for artificial intelligence cloud platform: data processing requirements. This draft recommendation covers the terminology, features, and reference design of an AI cloud platform to enable the development of AI models (as well as the foundation model) multimedia applications. The purpose of this draft recommendation is to provide general technical requirements to facilitate data processing capabilities for AI cloud platform that could better assist in the development of AI multimedia applications. It is submitted for discussion and approval at Q5/21 meeting.
