The service control and management of CNC leverages the computing and networking capabilities of IMT-2020 network to empower user equipment and provides various services to third-party applications. This work contributes to the development of standardization of CNC in consideration of service control and management, in the context of IMT-2020 and beyond, which is market valuable for network operators, users and third-party applications with enhanced support of service enablement.
This Recommendation specifies the service control and management for CNC, in the aspects of general considerations, requirements, functional architecture, network function enhancements, procedures and security considerations.
