The AI-agent communication network refers to the network that provides globally interconnected, on-demand, secure and controllable connectivity for the information exchange and task collaboration among AI agents of different forms, capabilities and users. This Technical Report studies the general considerations, potential use cases, potential requirements, potential framework, potential procedures and potential security considerations of AI-agent communication network in the context of IMT-2020 and beyond.
