Summary:
|
Intent-Based Network Management and Orchestration (IBNMO) is considered as a key technology for realizing advanced automation in network operations. The user intent should be correctly expressed and interacted with the management systems, and the management systems should be capable of correctly interpreting user intent. To achieve this, the standardized data models of the intent are required.
The data models serve as a framework that defines the structure, format, and standardized terminology necessary for the precise articulation and interpretation of IBNMO and related knowledge.
This new Recommendation proposes to define the data models for IBNMO, serving as a key element in achieving fully automated network control and management. It can be used as the standardized data models to guide the deployment of industry.
