This document proposes the requirements for sharing management of multimedia data asset, which can be viewed as an extension of the framework for data asset management as specified in [ITU-T F.743.21], among which data sharing is one of the management activities. In order to guide the sharing of multimedia data asset and the construction of the corresponding data sharing platforms, it is important to define related functions for sharing management of multimedia data asset, and the detailed requirements should be satisfied in order to support the sharing management of multimedia data asset. This document specifies the overview of sharing management of multimedia data asset (MDA), as well as the functional requirements for sharing management of MDA. The contents include: data storage, MDA service sharing catalogue management, circulation mechanism, circulation security, circulation process monitoring, and circulation traceability of MDA, and some use cases for the scenarios for sharing management of MDA.
