In order to enhance transparency, ensure data integrity, and enable end-to-end traceability across the software supply chain lifecycle, this draft Recommendation specifies framework of data management platform for software supply chain based-on distributed ledger technology. It defines software supply chain data layer, service layer and application layer. It can be used for the design, implementation, deployment, and usage of the data management platform for software supply chain based-on distributed ledger technology.
