In order to make up the standardization gaps and promote further standardization work of decentralized/distributed IoT, this Recommendation indicates general requirements for the decentralized/distributed Internet of things from the IoT business roles’ point of view, and then specifies the capability framework of the decentralized/distributed Internet of things based on these indicated requirements.
