Summary: This Technical Report introduces advanced cryptographic mechanisms based on post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and provides technical guidance for their future use in environments such as IMT-2020/IMT-2030, cyber-physical systems and large-scale IoT deployments. It focuses on advanced cryptographic techniques that can be constructed from PQC-related assumptions and primitives, including lattice-based assumptions. This guidance is intended to assist service designers and developers in selecting and applying PQC-based advanced cryptography in future advanced communication and application environments.
