Summary: Computing power network (CPN) [ITU-T Y.2501] transaction platform enables CPN resource providers and CPN resource consumers to conduct transactions for CPN resource consumption, in alignment with enterprise service requirements. CPN resources typically include network resources for data communication, as well as cloud resource for data computing and storage. The CPN transaction platform is responsible for ensuring transaction quality and reliability. As a core components of CPN, the transaction platform facilitates the circulation of CPN resources. It leverages the advantages of CPN to promote resource consumption, delivering mutual benefits to both CPN resource providers and CPN resource consumers. This Recommendation specifies the CPN transaction platform for consumption of CPN resources, including its characteristics, general requirements, functional architecture, common capabilities, and relevant procedures.
