This recommendation specifies the functional requirements of service mesh management in multi-cloud. This recommendation will introduce the overview of service mesh management in multi-cloud, describe the functional requirements for cloud computing capabilities and activities which can provide service mesh management in multi-cloud, and provides an appendix describing use cases to derive the corresponding functional requirements.
