Summary: This draft Recommendation presents the overview and specifies the requirements of a Real-time Event Monitoring and Integrated Management (EMM) platform. The real-time event monitoring and integrated management platform is one of Smart City Platforms [ITU-T Y.4201]. It connects various intelligent facilities equipped with IoT sensors, providing stakeholders with the necessary data (integrated information) to make informed decisions and respond promptly to an event that may rise in a city. The platform is particularly designed for integration of data and allowing the users to utilize data and to monitor city events in real time.
