This Recommendation aims to describe the framework of mobility management for fixed mobile convergence (FMC) in IMT-2020 networks. This recommendation covers the following issues, but not limited to:
o Requirements of mobility management for supporting fixed mobile and NGSO-satellite convergence in IMT-2020 networks;
o The architecture of mobility management for fixed mobile and NGSO-satellite convergence;
o Service procedures of mobility management for fixed mobile and NGSO-satellite convergence.
