ITU-T K.65建议书规定了与测试端口或电涌保护器(SPD)接触的配线模块过电压要求和测试程序,用于过电压和过电流情况下的对称成对导体。
本建议书所述的过电压或过电流是指包括发电厂上或附近发生雷击、相邻交流电源线或铁路系统造成短期导电、电源故障引发大地电位上升以及电源线和静电放电等原因导致的电压和电流的突升,或者与电信线路或电力线路的直接接触。
相比较于本建议书的2004版本,主要改动有: – 增加了对具有串联原件的模块的设备端的电源接触测试; – 降低了测试图C.2以及测试图C.3客户端测试的电流强度; – 对图E.1 进行修订 – 将10/350 µs电流发生器一致于ITU-T K.44建议书,图II.4-1 - 10/350µs电涌发生器; – 增加了关于使用自动防故障装置的信息; – 增加了协调测试,用于系列元素模块,以便检查浪涌电压在在气体放电管点火电压之下时不会对串联原件产生破坏; – 增加了高压交流测试,以模拟操作600 V GDT时电压> 230 V交流时的情况。
