本补充业务描述H.323（基于分组的多媒体通信系统）网络中的呼叫干扰补充业务的程序和信令协议。
呼叫插入补充业务（SS-CI）使主叫用户A在遇到占线的目标用户B时，能够通过插入用户B和第三方用户C之间已建立的呼叫，建立与用户B的通信。
本建议书利用了ITU-T H.450.1中定义的“支持H.323的补充业务的通用功能协议”。
本建议书需要H.323版本2（1998）或更高版本。第2版的产品可以通过包含protocolIdentifier = {itu-t (0) recommendation (0) h (8) 2250 version (0) 2}的 H.225.0消息和包含protocolIdentifier = {itu-t (0) recommendation (0) h (8) 245 version (0) x}的H.245消息（其中“x”为3或更高）来确定。
本建议书的程序和信令协议均来自ISO/IEC 14845和ISO/IEC 14846规定的呼叫干扰补充业务。 |
