ITU-T L.201建议书涉及室外环境中的无源光节点。其中探讨了接头盒外箱以及光纤编排器或光纤管理系统的设计,同时将机械和环境特性以及光纤编排器的特性纳入考虑。修订增加了以下新要素: – 新增关于接头盒材料的第6.3节,含对紫外线暴露和聚合物材料抗真菌性的详细测试要求,以及聚合物材料因湿度老化的材料测试要求; – 新增关于光缆连接和终端的第6.5节,含对光缆金属元件电器接地的建议; – 对室外地面(OG)环境中密封光缆接头盒性能评估的测试程序。
做了以下改动使性能测试与[IEC 61753-1]协调一致: – 对室外地面和室外地上(OA)接头盒进行20 kPa超压密封测试。 – 在OG和OA接头盒的机械密封测试中增加测试期间压力损失的通过-不通过标准。 – 降低小直径电缆和微型导管的电缆轴向拉力测试负载。 – 降低小直径电缆的电缆轴向压缩测试负载。 – 增加电缆扭转和电缆弯曲测试周期的持续时间。 – 对矩形接头盒增加冲击测试的位置。 – 删除自由落体测试(由更易复制的冲击测试替代)。 – 在组装和拆卸测试中,持续时间减少至5个周期。 – 对溶剂和污染液体的耐受力:在柴油中浸泡1小时、干燥24小时,并增加在凡士林中浸泡5天。删除煤油浸泡。 – 温度变化的持续时间减少至12个周期。 – 对OG接头盒增加高度为1米的7天水浸泡测试。 |
